Kayce C. Staehle

Kayce-Staehle-attorneyKayce C. Staehle, Attorney, born in Anderson, South Carolina, but raised in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate education and Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, for her JD (Juris Doctor). She started working in law firms when she was 18 and has been a licensed attorney since 2000. Her credentials include:

  • North Carolina and South Carolina licensed attorney
  • Licensed insurance agent for fixed life insurance and annuity products
  • Certified green belt six sigma
  • NC Superior Court Certified Mediator

Mrs. Staehle is the owner of Northpointe Law Group and practices in the key areas of Estate Planning, Mediation and Real Estate. When not practicing law, she enjoys reading, joining dance classes and engaging in a variety of activities with her family like camping and boating.


Michelle Houston

Claudia-L-SotoMichelle is the Managing Attorney at NorthPointe Law. Her primary practice area is in Real Estate closings, specifically, Residential matters. She also aides her partners with the firm’s Wills and Estates matters. She is a native North Carolinian and spent her childhood in Cornelius, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for undergraduate school and the University of North Carolina School of Law for her Juris Doctorate.

After graduating law school Michelle, along with her husband, Dean, moved to the Plaza-Midwood area of Charlotte in 2004. They both have been involved with buying and investing in local properties throughout Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. Dean is not only an accomplished contractor, but he is also the owner of a real estate franchise.

In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Goldendoodle Cooper and German Shepherd Riley. She has volunteered with the Wake County SPCA and has fostered several kittens and dogs since moving back to Charlotte. Michelle is one of the founding members of the Waverly Business Connection BNI chapter. She is currently on the membership committee.

Brad Watson

Brad-WatsonAttorney Brad Watson is Managing Attorney of South Charlotte office for Northpointe Law Group, and focuses exclusively on commercial and residential real estate matters.

Mr. Watson was born in Atlanta, GA, and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton and his B.A. from Clemson University.

Upon graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2006, Brad moved to Charlotte, NC. He has spent his career helping North Carolina residents with their real estate matters. Brad has overseen hundreds of residential real estate closings.

Brad lives in Indian Trail, NC with his wife, Emily, and their two children, Luke and Aubrey. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and is an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan.
